"The experience that I had while transitioning my home and automobiles to State Farm insurance was seamless. My new agent, Amanda Brady, made this otherwise daunting task, downright enjoyable. "As a single parent with a full-time job, a kid to get to and from school and practices, Teams meetings at work, emails that never end, and all of the other oh-so *glamorous* adult duties that have to be done daily/weekly/monthly/etc. to keep myself and my household fed and happy.. I don’t always have the energy or brain cells to adult at full capacity. I recently switched my policy to Phillip’s office and worked with Andie Moore to find the right policy for me and my family. Not only did she find a way to lower my monthly bill significantly, she did it all without me having to do a ton of research or thinking. In these busy days, the simplicity Andie provided by essentially getting all of my information and policy documents ready for me to sign and save me money and the headache of adulting in the process was honestly amazing. She also made me feel confident in working with her because the things she recommended are things she also utilizes within her own household. Andie and her entire office made me feel comfortable to ask “dumb,” questions and within 24 hours, I had a better and less expensive policy that was perfect for my budget and my family’s needs. I’ve recommended her to friends and family and will continue to take my business to her for years to come! If you need insurance, Andie Moore at Phillip Pool’s office is your girl!!"
