Phillip Pool State Farm is looking for a motivated Insurance Producer who enjoys connecting with people and turning customer needs into lasting relationships. You’ll help individuals and families find insurance solutions that fit their lives while building a rewarding career in sales.
In this role, you’ll connect with prospective and current customers to understand their needs, recommend insurance products and services that provide meaningful value, follow up on leads to build lasting relationships, and work toward sales goals while contributing ideas and developing your skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Confidence to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
