ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Financial Service Sales Associate for Phillip Pool State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Such as Life insurance, Health Insurance, and other financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in insurance or financial services.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licenses in insurance and FINRA Series 7 and 63 preferred. (Insurance Licensing available upon hire)
Compensation $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
