I have been a customer with Phillip pool for +10 years. The professionals in the Phillip Pool office have always been helpful which brings me to this review. TANNER and OSCAR I have worked extensively with from the beginning when OSCAR helped me transfer my property over from another insurance provider, that was less than helpful, and he was able to help me understand my coverage and rates clearly, and provide any documentation I needed. Anyone who has picked up the phone there, since I became a customer, has always been able to help me. Recently, I had the opportunity to open a business and I reached out to them for quotes. Naturally, I had many questions and TANNER went above and beyond what I expected. Even just a quote, he got back to me and was one of the only offices I contacted that did so. I could not thank them enough. That whole team, I say: thank you guys and gals. Thank you for entertaining our stupid questions and responding with professionalism.

Andie is so kind, patient, knowledgeable, efficient & understanding. She acted like she had all day just for me, & she explained everything thoroughly.

They do a great job at the Phillips pool office. Especially that Stormy Cox! Anytime I call she's always there to help.
